Job Summary

Supervise the slots floor in accordance with department standards which will promote efficiency. Ensures that guest service and security protocol are in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and gaming regulations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate constantly with staff and Senior Supervisors through line-ups and meetings.
Supervise all slot operational activities to be taken on the floor.
Ensure the safety and general security of all slot equipment; that they function properly and efficiently.
Ensure adequate floor coverage from specifically attendants and technicians; but to also take note of the change cashiers, Space Cleaners and Cocktail Servers, reporting any service issues to the Slot Shift Manager or above.
Maintain confidentiality of information receive at all times.
Develop and maintain a rapport with slot players and handles customer concerns not resolved by subordinates also refers any unresolved issues to the Slot Shift Manager or above.
Ensure that machine down time is kept to an absolute minimum.
Ensure that all equipment functions properly and efficiently during the shift and report malfunctions to the Senior Slot Supervisor.
Oversees compliance with all gaming regulations and accompanying internal controls as applied to the slot operations function inclusive, but not limited to: safeguarding funds, reviewing documents for completion and accuracy and monitoring employees¿ activities.
Coordinates with Security and other related departments, to ensure appropriate guest services and security, reporting any undesirables or potentially dangerous situations to Casino Security and Management.
