IMAX Bahamas is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to devise and execute a branding, advertising and marketing campaign, which will introduce multiple products to the Bahamian market.  The role is also responsible for brand management, corporate identity and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

The successful candidate will work along with senior leadership to strategize and implement initiatives and generate interest in the company’s products and technologies, within target audiences. An important function also includes maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are provided with adequate product knowledge and kept informed of marketing objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a small team in building and managing strong client relationships, establishing an effective customer retention program, managing databases and maximizing the consumer base.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
• 2+ years of experience in leading and executing marketing strategies in a client-facing role
• A portfolio of previous creative services offered
• Advanced database management, website metrics and reporting skills
• Experience in financial planning and strategy
• Strong competitive analysis skills
• Ability to successfully transition from high-level brainstorming to executing innovative strategies
• Ability to multitask and successfully collaborate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated consumer-minded approach to social media and other advertising strategies
