Requirements

Must have at least five years managerial experience in a security department in a high volume hotel/casino environment.
Ability to lead a diverse workforce
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to plan and execute strategies and policies.
Ability to manage numerous access control
Knowledge of investigations procedures
Knowledge of legal aspects of security and enforcement
Knowledge of loss and prevention management procedures
