Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the organization¿s vision, mission, and values through the
assessment of industry trends, programs, processes, policies and systems to enhance and drive continuous organization renewal; To address organization needs by defining high performance standards, build partnerships, provide direction and introduce methods and tools to drive a high performance culture; To help facilitate change initiatives that add value to the bottom line; To facilitate training and development initiatives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Prepares the company to achieve its goals by designing and implementing structures, processes, and initiatives that will enhance employee and bottom line performance.

Drive business growth through building partnerships and implementing innovative best practices; leading organization change through innovative solutions; Provides guidance in leading change initiatives.

Evaluates training and development effectiveness by assessing and implementing application of learning to the company/s performance. Recommend/ future training and development process for improvement and innovative learning solutions.

Maintains knowledge of instructional design and technologies, best practices and designs performance metrics to achieved desired outcomes.

Makes recommendation and helps to build a course curriculum that reflects the progressive nature of the organization while ensuring cutting edge best practices and measurement are used to achieve company goals.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in the field of human resources and organization development with a focus on the managing and consulting process
Has the ability to manage large projects as well as facilitate, and lead project teams
Has a working knowledge of organization behavior, group dynamics, research methods, and functional business knowledge
Has core knowledge of organization design, research, systems dynamics, organization change and development, and is familiar with models for change
Possess keen analytical and diagnostic skills; has experience in choosing the appropriate interventions
Has the ability to evaluate organization change; facilitating and process consultation
Has the minimum of a Bachelors degree or higher in HR; OD; or related field
