Project Manager for Out Island Construction Project

· BSc (Hons) Degree Construction Project Manager

· Assistant to Director of Construction at a high end Construction and Millwork Company

· Excellent computer skills particularly in AutoCAD, Excel, Word & Microsoft Project

· Ability to manage multiple projects or activities in a dynamic fast paced environment

· Superior communication & organization skills

· Strong interpersonal skills to manage large cross functional teams

· Document Control Experience

· Create labour and job schedules

· Responsible for locating materials, reviewing plans and design to ensure no mistakes are made

· Ability to carry out field inspections in accordance with company procedures and policies

· Overseeing the use of materials and building methods are being done correctly in the field

· Ensuring building codes and requirements are followed and met

· Manage and oversee 50+employees

· Must be able to Relocate Out Island
