Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that appropriate services are provided to enhance
the VIP Guest Experience upon arrival at the airport.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Confirm room reservation / vouchers for guest by using hotel system
only if there is no Kiosk Attendants present.

Review Limo sheet on a daily basis and assist VIP Guest with assigned limo needs.

Follow-up on each arrival by determining whether or not the flight is on time.

Liaise with BET Limo representative to ensure Limo is in place.

Once flight time is determined Rep. should greet arriving guest with Atlantis sign, driver is called up to the entrance guest is escorted to limo and introduced to the driver.

Luggage must always be secured in trunk and stored properly.

Assist with mis-placed luggage (i.e.) luggage accidentally left at Airport, luggage arriving on chartered flight or luggage accidentally sent to Airport by hotel.

Assist departure VIP¿s upon check-in.

Requirements

Completed High School with above average grades
College degree a plus but not essential
Computer literacy in:
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
o Microsoft PowerPoint
o LMS
Training courses which apply to job scope and duties
Excellent command of the English Language and second language preferred.
