Administrative Assistant

A Medical office is considering individuals for the above position, who meet the following criteria:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Maintain patient records
  • Data Input in various systems such as Patient & Billing Information
  • Process new patients & provide them with necessary documents
  • Maintain Filing system
  • Answer telephone according to company policy
  • Complete all other clerical duties as requested

Requirements

  • Must be a team player
  • Must be computer literate
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite in particular the following applications : Word, Access & Excel
  • The ability to multitask & work in a high paced environment
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in an office related / clerical position.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service / sales related position.
  • Experience working in a Medical Office a plus.
