Job Summary

To assist the daily operations of the Credit Department

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Follow up and resolution of daily credit reports, including (but not limited to):
Denied
Referred
Charge
Cash
Over the Credit Limit
Non-Zero balance
Daily supervision of Credit Department staff including:
Scheduling and weekly time approval
Coaching, training and regular reviews
Preparation of management reports and general communication
Maintenance of employee morale
Reviewing and ensuring that the most efficient methods are in use at all times.
Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Department at all times

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of LMS applications
